The purpose of this conference is to provide a common platform for Food and Beverages from academia, researchers and industry at the site to exchange ideas and present current results. The format is on an annual basis and has an international focus.
The Food and Beverages 2023 aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and medical clinicians from all fields of Food and Beverages to exchange and share their experiences and research results.
